The Straight Path. Dear brothers and sisters in Islam taking the straight path is commandment from Almighty Allah. Our salvation in this life and hereafter depends on when we stand straight and we’re steadfast on the right path. Allah has told us that those people who steadfast on the straight path, the angels will inform them of the glad tidings that awaits them once their day of resurrection comes. They will tell them that there will not be any fear or panic on them. Allah says “ In the case of those who say: Our Lord is Allah and further, stand straight and steadfast, the angels descend on them ( from time to time): “ Do not fear” they suggest “ Nor grieve! But receive the glad Tidings of the Garden (of Bliss) which you were promised.”Al-Fusillat 30 Dear brothers and sisters in Islam our prophet Mohamed (Peace of Allah be upon him) advised his companions about following the straight path. One day one of the companions whose name was Abii Amrata Sufyan Ibn Abdallah (may Allah bless him) said to the prophet: Tell me some words that I will not ask anyone after you, the prophet said “Say that I believe in Allah and then stand straight and steadfast on the straight path.” Sahiih Finally we need to realize that taking the straight path is only the way that we can reach to the Garden of bliss that Allah has prepared for his believers and be saved from hellfire. It is the way that prophets, messengers and righteousness people before us took through out their lives. It is the path that we ask Allah to guide us almost seventeen times a day. The person who takes that path gets the blessings of Allah (Jannah) and the person who goes astray ends up in hellfire (Jahannamo). _______________________________________________ Wadada Toosan Walaalayaal wadada toosan oo la qaado waxaa na amray Allaah. Waxay badbaadadeena aakhiro iyo aduun ku jirtaa markii aan qaadano wadada toosan. Allaah wuxuu noo sheegay dadka wadada toosan qaato markay dhimanayaan in loogu bishaareen doono Janno, cabsi la’aan iyo argagax la’aan. Allaah wuxuu yiri “ Kuwii yiri Rabbigeena waa Allaah ka dibna toosnaaday waxaa ku soo dagaysa Malaaikta (markay dhimanayaan) waxaa lugu oronayaa ha cabsanina oo ha argagixana, waxaadna ku hambaliyeysataan Jannadii la idiin balanqaaday.” Al- Fussilat 30. Walaalayaal jidka toosan oo la qaato nabiga (salalahu calayhi wasallam) saxaabadiisa ayuu ku waanin jiray. Saxaabi ka mid ah saxaabada oo la yiraahdo magaciisa Abii Camrata Sufyan Ibn Cabdallah (Allaha karaali noqdee) ayaa wuxuu ku yiri nabiga (salalahu calayhi wasallam) waxaad ii sheegtaa Rasuulkii Allow hadal aanan waydiin adiga ka dib qof kale, wuxuu yiri: “ Waxaad dhahdaa waxaan rumeeyay Allah ka dibna toosnow.” Sahiih. Igu dambayntii Walaalayaal wadada toosan waa jidka kaliya aan ku gaarayno Jannada naartana aan uga badbaadeeno. Waa jidkii Nabiyada, Rususha iyo dadkii wanaagsanaa ee naga horeeyay qaadeen. Waa jidka Allah aan ka barino maalin walba in gaarayso todobo iyo toban jeer. Jidkaas toosan qofkii qaado Jannaduu gala. Qofkii ka leexdana Jahannamo ayuu u jeedsadaa.
